Our programs are shaped by the voices and needs of the community, creating a place where you can access resources, build skills, and find guidance all in one place.
We work alongside families to help navigate everyday challenges and connect to local resources such as schools, community organizations, and essential services. Whether you’re looking for support, connection, or simply a place to belong, we are here for you.

Our Community Resource Specialists can help you navigate everyday challenges, identify local resources, and connect with supports for basic needs, parenting, children, housing, food, mental health, transportation, and more.

Our Little Falls CFRC office is currently under renovation and is not yet open for walk-in services.
We're still here to help! Families can connect with our Community Resource Specialist by phone or email or visit one of our community pop-up locations for resource navigation, support, and connections.
