Arrows Family Services provides a safe, home-like environment for families to spend time together. Our well-trained staff monitor visits for physical and emotional safety while providing real-time support to caregivers. AFS understands the importance of continuity, so each family is assigned their own Family Services Specialist.

Enrolled participants receive NO-COST home visits from family home visitors weekly or bi-weekly. Family home visitors and parent educators are available to answer your questions, provide parent - child education, and resources during visits.

Parents Forever is an educational program for families experiencing divorce, separation, or a change in custody. Parents Forever meets all 25 minimum standards required by Minnesota Statute 518.157 for Minnesota court-ordered education. You will receive a certificate of completion after completing your course. This certificate is what yo
Parents Forever is an educational program for families experiencing divorce, separation, or a change in custody. Parents Forever meets all 25 minimum standards required by Minnesota Statute 518.157 for Minnesota court-ordered education. You will receive a certificate of completion after completing your course. This certificate is what you need to show your judge, court personnel, or attorney if the course was court-ordered. The Parents Forever 8-hour course has been approved by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
