Our well-trained staff monitor visits for physical and emotional safety while providing real-time support to caregivers. AFS understands the importance of continuity, so each family is assigned their own Family Services Specialist.

To help eliminate barriers, our service providers have all completed the C.A.R.S training to safely transport children to and from their scheduled supervised parenting time if needed.
Arrows Family Services understands the importance of maintaining connection within sibling groups. For siblings who are unable to reside in the same home, we provide a safe and inviting atmosphere so siblings can enjoy their time together.
Our parent coaching and education services are designed to promote positive parent-child interaction and healthy childhood growth and development. Some of the programs we use in supporting parents and strengthening parenting skills are:

Enrolled participants receive NO-COST home visits from family home visitors weekly or bi-weekly. Family home visitors and parent educators are available to answer your questions, provide parent - child education, and resources during visits.

Parents Forever is an educational program for families experiencing divorce, separation, or a change in custody. Parents Forever meets all 25 minimum standards required by Minnesota Statute 518.157 for Minnesota court-ordered education. You will receive a certificate of completion after completing your course. This certificate is what yo
Parents Forever is an educational program for families experiencing divorce, separation, or a change in custody. Parents Forever meets all 25 minimum standards required by Minnesota Statute 518.157 for Minnesota court-ordered education. You will receive a certificate of completion after completing your course. This certificate is what you need to show your judge, court personnel, or attorney if the course was court-ordered. The Parents Forever 8-hour course has been approved by the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Family Group Decision Making is a family-centered process that recognizes the importance of involving family groups in making decisions about children who need protection or care. Groups can be initiated by child welfare agencies whenever a critical decision about a child is required.
A Rule 114 Qualified Neutral can provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services in court-referred cases.
